IGNW 2H Meeting - Team IGNW Collaborates Live!

As IGNW grows across the country, it was about time that we got the family together for our semi annual company wide All Hands meeting. From Florida to Seattle and anywhere in between, IGNW employees came together to celebrate wins, discuss the future and set our sites on growth!

The last time the team got together was January and since then, IGNW has added over 40 people so this was the perfect opportunity for everyone to really get to know each other. We laughed often, worked on the business and enjoyed quality time with one another for 3 days straight!

Within these days, we grew much stronger as a unit. Tuesday and Wednesday were full of break out sessions for our Solutions Teams, sharing knowledge and looking towards the future of technology and our business. Wednesday 1:1 and strategy meetings were followed by a company wide happy hour where everyone got to learn more about each other, meet new connections and have some laughs.

Thursday was the day where we all got together as a large team and what an incredible meeting it was. We talked about IGNW’s focuses moving into the second half of the year and celebrated the big wins that we have had leading up to the event.

Besides meeting with one another, we were lucky enough to hear from some highly impactful guest speakers from Cisco and Google, past CIO’s, as well as James Lawerence, the astonishing “Iron Cowboy.” Lawerence shared how he ran 50 Iron Man races, in 50 states, in a 50 day period and what it takes physically and mentally to “achieve impossible” and how anyone can do this with the right frame of mind!

After the meeting, we all gathered for a team barbecue which included a very competitive corn hole competition. Although, we have some very talented corn hole players in our office, our two Florida members Joe Pettet and Dave Mungai took home the gold. They probably drink lots of beer on the weekends!

Overall, the last few days were a great chance to experience the awesomeness that is IGNW. At IGNW, our culture always comes first and this week was proof of that. Hope to see you at one of our meetings soon!!
